Sidharth Ganguly is a brand strategist, designer and founder with 25+ years of experience working across FMCG, wellness, hospitality, D2C and consumer brands.
Having worked with both global agencies and growing businesses, his approach goes beyond aesthetics and execution. He believes branding is ultimately about perception, behaviour and trust, understanding not just how a brand looks, but how it is understood, remembered and chosen.
Often described as a “brand therapist”, Sidharth works closely with founders and leadership teams to uncover the deeper clarity behind a business - its purpose, distinctiveness, strengths, gaps and opportunities for growth. His ability to simplify complexity, challenge assumptions and bring direction to fragmented brand thinking has made him a trusted strategic partner for businesses navigating launch, repositioning and scale.
His work combines strategic depth, storytelling and hands-on design thinking to build brands that feel clear internally, differentiated externally and relevant long-term.

Proprietor and the creative force behind the venture, with over 2 decades of experience in brand strategy and design, Siddharth believes that good work speaks for itself. For him, being a brand partner is a privilege and he ensures that every business problem is met with meaningful and sustainable solutions.
A storyteller at heart, he brings them alive through his strategic aesthetic sense. Additionally, he is an active industry mentor who enjoys sharing his knowledge and has contributed articles to design and academic magazines over the years.
He is also a passionate Traveller, Photographer
and a Digital Illustrator.

With a background as a certified psychotherapist, counsellor and healer, Soma helps brands move beyond assumptions and surface-level trends to better understand how people actually think, feel, trust and choose. Her approach brings empathy, clarity and emotional intelligence into strategic decision-making - ensuring that brands are not only seen, but meaningfully understood and experienced.
As Co-Founder and Strategy & Consumer Insight Lead, she works closely on brand positioning, consumer understanding and behavioural insight, helping decode the emotional drivers, motivations and barriers that influence perception and loyalty.
Her presence adds an important dimension to Uriel’s work - balancing strategy and creativity with human understanding, and ensuring that every brand solution is grounded not just in business logic, but in real human response.
